Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Amplilift ("Amplilift", "we", "us") provides a creator-growth membership: you subscribe, receive monthly engagement credits, and spend those credits on campaigns we fulfill through third-party social-media networks.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including any campaigns you launch.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel from your account page at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We use Stripe to process payments — we never store your card details.

4. Credits

Credits are virtual units used to launch campaigns. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be converted back to currency. Unused credits roll over for one additional billing period and expire after that. Credits associated with a subscription stop being granted when the subscription ends.

5. Campaigns and third-party delivery

Campaigns are delivered through trusted third-party networks. We do not own the underlying social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, etc.) and cannot guarantee that any specific account, post, or content will remain online or retain delivered engagement. You're solely responsible for ensuring campaigns comply with the terms of service of the destination platform.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Amplilift to promote illegal content, hateful or harassing content, content sexualizing minors, malware, fraud, or content that infringes another person's rights. We may pause or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

7. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: failed orders are refunded as credits automatically; subscription refunds are handled case-by-case.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Amplilift online, but provide the service "as is" without warranties. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app. Continued use of Amplilift after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
