1. Information we collect
- Account data — email, display name, password hash, optional referral source.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer ID and subscription metadata, not card numbers.
- Campaign data — the destination URL and quantity you submit, plus delivery status from the upstream provider.
- Usage data — IP address, browser/device, and basic analytics needed to operate the service.
- Email events — bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes from emails we send.
2. Why we collect it
To provide the service (run your campaigns, charge subscriptions, send receipts and renewal notices), to keep the platform secure, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share the minimum data needed with: Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional and auth emails), our SMM delivery network (campaign URLs and quantities), and our cloud infrastructure provider. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
We keep account and billing data for the life of your account and for up to 7 years after deletion to satisfy tax/legal obligations. Campaign logs are retained for 12 months. You can request earlier deletion via the contact page.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (EEA/UK/California), you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to certain processing. Email us via our contact page to exercise these rights.
6. Cookies
We use first-party cookies and local storage only as needed to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Children
Amplilift is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Production access is restricted, audited, and gated by short-lived credentials. We rotate keys regularly.
9. Changes
Material changes will be announced via email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
