Refund Policy

Failed campaigns are auto-refunded
If our delivery network can't fulfill an order (invalid URL, account went private, platform restriction, provider outage), the credits charged are automatically returned to your wallet within minutes. You'll see the refund in your transactions log.
Partial delivery
If an order delivers partially, the unfulfilled portion is refunded as credits proportionally. The delivered portion is non-refundable because the third-party network has already charged us for it.
Subscription refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account page; your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period and won't renew. Past billing periods are not refunded by default, because you received and could spend the credits during that period.
If you believe a charge was made in error (duplicate, accidental renewal within 48 hours of cancellation, billing bug), email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review case-by-case.

One-time credit packs
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once the credits land in your wallet, since they can be spent immediately.
How to request a refund
Reach out via our contact page with your account email, the relevant invoice or order ID, and a brief description. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge results in account suspension while we investigate. Please contact us first — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than your bank can.
